550cc Injector kit Mazda Mx-5 NA/NB

- 547 cc/min at 3 Bar of fuel pressure
- E85 compatible 
- Fit all mx-5 from 1989 up until 2005
- Comes in set of 4 

• Remove fuel rail bolts (some later models mx5 need splitting the intake manifold)
• Remove carefully and don't lose the fuel rail spacers
• Remove old injectors and unclip the connectors
• Grease new 550cc injectors as seen in the image above
• Install new injectors in fuel rail then in intake manifold/head
• Use wiring adapters to connect injectors to the wiring harness
• Bolt down fuel rail with spacers (and reseal intake manifold if previously removed. use RTV or new gasket)
•  Set up injectors in ECU

There are two settings crucial when installing the new injectors:
1: Injector size
This setting can often be found under injection drive or injector settings. The flow rate of these injectors are 547cc/min.
2: Injector dead time
This is a 2D table that will have to be filled in according to the image in the product pictures.
