Coil on plug kit comes with
- 4x NGK R8 Coil (If chosen) Red or Black
- 1x Wiring harness with 4 genuine VAG Connectors, Quality wire, snakeskin and glued heatshrink protected.
Notes:
1. This wiring harness will need some wiring done to connect to your ECU. The ecu side of the harness extra long to accomodate for any ecu position. See our diagram and measure if the lenghts are okay for your setup. If not, please contact us for custom setups.
2. This harness is set up for Sequential ignition, but can me modified easily for wasted spark setups. (Connect coil 1 and 4 signal wires together, same with coil 2 & 3 signal.) See diagram in images.
3. We highly reccomend using this coil harness with a standalone ECU. This will insure the best lifetime of the Coils with the proper dwell-time settings. See (diagram). Stock ECU's will have higher dwell times, substantially shortening the coil lifespan.
4. Do not use with short VAG Coils, as they have a different pinout. this will damage either the coils or harness.
